Mersel Wine, Red Velvet 2023

Mersel Wine are proud Lebanese winemakers; intertwining their culture with the wines they produce. Setting out with a vision to create wines that fit with the Lebanese character, they are made for everyone to enjoy, focusing on indigenous, ancient grape varieties grown & crafted with as little intervention as possible. Red Velvet 2023 is made from 100% organically farmed Cinsault. The grapes were fermented whole cluster, meaning stems and all, which adds a lovely crunchy texture to the wine. Fresh, vibrant and energetic, it has punchy notes of redcurrant, raspberry and white pepper. Designed to be enjoyed chilled, pop it in the fridge and pair with your next BBQ.
